关于《湖南省政府服务规定（草案）》征求意见的公告

　　为推进我省服务型政府建设，促进经济社会发展，保障和改善民生，根据省人民政府立法计划，我办会同省直有关部门起草了《湖南省政府服务规定（草案）》，按照《湖南省行政程序规定》和科学、民主、公开立法的要求，现将草案全文公布，欢迎社会各界人士于2010年10月19日前，通过信函、传真或者电子邮件方式向湖南省人民政府法制办公室提出宝贵意见。
